It`s Orrible

This is the sort of thing you see on pub signs, when the artist has tried to paint the Flying Scotsman with 10 wheels and painted yellow.
The Cigarette looks as if it`s hit a particularly bad head sea,whilst is that Limit Up or Dogone in the background.
Maybe,just maybe,this fine portrait could grace the front cover of Pash`s scrapbook.

You're getting grumpy again, Fish!

I think the ABO likeness is OK, although the banana cig I must admit is a bit much! Somewhere I have an old birthday card that was a print from an incredibly good painting of the 32' skater Agitator, by an artist I believe from the Isle of Wight. Anybody else got a copy?

Painting Info

The painting was the front cover for a sort of `Boys book of the Sea` style of book.Only kept the relevant boaty part,so no title ref,but on the back was some acknowledgements.

Cover - George Monk F.R.S.A. (see bottom right hand corner)
