RIB Identification

Here's one to test the experts...

I've been offered a RIB mould but the seller has no idea what it is. Wondering if by some small miracle anyone happens to recognise the hull?

It's in Manchester so a long way from the sea. The only builders I know of in that area are Delta and it certainly doesn't look like one of theirs.
