with a bit of luck...........end of april, im contemplating wanging the motor on as is, then strip it next season for mods and cowl. this will save me a week or two!

Is the signiture cored? How do you apply your coring, weights, vac bag or ?
Also do you know of a source for Derakane vinylester resin over there, I can't get it here.

no not cored, kept it nice n basically straight forward!

Cool, whats the schedual in the bottom of the hull and you have any idea what the bare boat weighs? Not important just curious!
I tried Scott Bader for the derakane, they dont do it but can get it @ min. quantity 100kg
It's not important either, if you think of anywhere that might do it could you let me know. Thanks.
The resin is Dow Derakane 8084-P, I want to skin coat the entire boat before I recore it and put in the transom. So I'll probably need about 10kg

Double overlapped at keel
Closed cell foam(sheet) longitudinal bearers:

Ok try POLYFIBRE ltd on 0121 327 2360 ask for Mike or Jim, they are pretty good with small quantities of obscure stuff!

yeah but yours is made with lead core! And is probaly very "Resin Rich"
take it n get it weighed before the motah comes!

Boat looks good Gav I ski race in Aus & have only seen one 1900s ski racing over here but they are everywhere as social boats. Out off the Haines factory they have a warning on the dash about how hard they turn !!!!!!!!

Gday Gav you will be happy to know the Repeat Offender (good mates of mine from Tasmaina) won the first two rounds of our championship this year !
