And your obviously Japaphobic too.

I can only resolve that people who follow the biggest is best routine have small weeners.
Japaphobic? Hardly.

Checking the garage we have the following:
Nissan Pathfinder
Mazda Rx-8
BMW M-3
GMC Dually with a Duramax Diesel

You see, there's a tool for every job. The rotary motor is wonderful in my daughters RX. I don't think I'll jerk it out anytime soon for a marine application though.

I have to run up to the store now. I heard there was a sale on weener stretchers. I think they were made in Japan.

Not at all, I readily admit to once owning a Japanese car.

Cos that is where we do our business. We have an office and warehouse in Shajah in the UAE and an appartment in Dubai.

Dubai is the trade centre of the world (and dont let anyone else tell you different) there is nothing that cant be bought or sold there.

The Arabs are wonderful people and great to do business with.

Basically, theres not much money to be made in Europe. We used to do a little with Poland and Turkey but not so much any more.

Would like to do a bit in North America in the future maybe.

What was great fun was how the 'Datsun' name plates I put on the small block rocker covers infuriated the Chevy purists.

I like it! very good fred!

Any idea how 'available' those Duramax motors are (as in, used, from a wreckers yard) it's another engine I'd love to have a go with in the marine world.

What does it go like in your truck?
