Cinzano

Well it looks as though we are going to get there, aiming to get to the ellusive 100 with Cinzano, although I fear we are a few MPH too short, what with the losses on the lake. Main worry is if there will be enough run up to the measured distance each end.

No but if you go to Coniston village and follow your sense of direction down to the lake you will be in the right place. Its not a big village !

I can just see the lecture in the Shepperton School for Higher Education (Naval Architecture class) being interupted by a voice from the back of the class shouting the above quote, whilst the lecturer tries to point out the effect of water density on reistance and coefficient of lift.

Ok, for whizzer boats this could be debatable, but for craft with more wetted surface (you know the type, the ones that carry a snorkel for tricky sea conditions),then the above may have more of a bearing.

Ahem!
