perhaps a quick visit to a friendly propeller specialist for a bit of twisting and cupping may find those extra mph...is that 60 fully fueled, can't be bad for 500hp in 32' especially if you can get it closer to mid 60's, great to hear it's afloat any pic's as yet...it's great to see all this work to get these great boats to the line coming together now, pity the weather has gone off a bit just as people are out their testing, a bit of sunshine wouldn't go amiss

Don't worry, any of the jobs chaos helped with were plenty rough.

Apparently it was a typically sloppy Solent today, and Nick couldn't reach the trim switches (they're on the left side of my seat) without slowing up, so had to slow up, adjust trim, then get going again for each test, so not an ideal situation for efficient trimming (he was on his own, as I'm stuck in Belgium working) and it eats up the chop, putting a nice grin on his face. he says feels like another 500hp would be fun.
All said & done, 60 in those conditions (sea state & limited control) up against the rev limiter shows a lot of promise. I'm sure (hope) there'll be more to come. not bad for 500 horses.
