Just wondering..

Also..would/could tissue matt(on top of the gel) be classed as an adaquate resin rich layer to go straight to rovings?

Gav, not nit picking or anything but is that transom reinforce board the same size as the transom board you will be fitting in the parts?
Reason I ask is that, I have always liked to cover the complete flat transom area of the mould with a 1", 1 1/2" board in sandwich fashion so that if the transom board varies on the parts you still have a complete solid structure to clamp too.
Was it nice and flat? Just wondering with the props being used, spose they are just holding it in place, with minimal pressure. If it was a little warped make sure you get plenty of glass over the top to prevent it from wanting to try and distort to it's original shape!
I presume you are going to fix the transom boards into the hulls the same way as Sealine? BFOC (big fark off clamps)
Did you back that gelcoat up with a VE tie layer? Looks like your throwing poly on at a couple of layers at a time, looking good matey.
Gonna gimble it or build a rolling frame, or you just gonna lay it up flat?
Lots of questions cus I'm interested,
Enjoy

Damon, yes very close, the mould one is approx 1.3/4 " smaller, but the mould layup is 19oz!
