PDF is editable Tools/Advanced Editing/TouchUp Text Tool
Or simply do what Gordon Compton did (who has no PC) phone through the details.

That rather depends on what reader you're using!
I don't see why one would make it any harder than it needs to be to enter.
A word doc would be simple.
