Hi,
That boat wash - I was wondering it might be from the start boat.
From recolection at Portsmouth cut across the fleet from Port hand side then turned and comenced the start on the stb side of the fleet - just my thoughts.

Blue FPT is The 2008 Round Britain Powerboat Race Winner! Total elapsed time of 20 hrs 36 mins 47 seconds.

Finish
Well done to everyone who actually got around and to all of the organisers- you pulled off the impossible.
Been watching the closing stages on Marine track, which seemed to be working well today, apart from the exagerated speeds ! Looks like the finishing times will be quite tight, look forward to seeing them posted ...

If Marine track can be relied upon, I think Swipewipes has just finished, 2nd in Class for the leg, behind Team Jersey. Well done JF & Nick!

It's been a great 10 days of racing, really enjoyed the anticipation each day watching for the results to come in, I think JK has done a fantastic job of keeping us up to date with his breakdowns of each class and overall positions, and I must say congratulations to all the winners of each class and the overall winners ...it must give all the teams that took part together with the organisers a fantastic feeling of achievement... well done to all

After crossing the line, Neil Holmes tore of the lap tape and said to Dean, "Is that it, only one lap!"
