How frustrating for swipes lets hope all these engine manufactures that are having these poor show failures take note and rectify the problems for future engine sales, and well done to Bandit good going keep it up

Mermaid in Poole are overnighting some spares to us, and have given us the ok to canibalise the spare motor that we have in the truck. (the original deal was that if we open the box we've bought it, but they are just as keen as we are to finish the race! )
I've just been told that Team Jersey have also lost a motor, and are currently in Stonehaven trying to repair it, and get to the finish in Edinburgh within the time limit.

RB site states Wettpunkt does it again so they obviously clung on to their lead with no further mechanical gremlins

At the risk of being labled a Heretic Lost a bit of intrest in the event, results are all up and down, protest, penalties ect & race coverage from the promised media sources has never lived up to expectations.
Boatmad seems to be faster at breaking news & upates.
I know they are shorthanded & all donating time FOC and I suspect have been let down by some promises
