OK, for those interested.
Here's a few pics of progress on Project 31.
Gel......then,
Some very tidy Aramat layup & balsa work to Mr Bakers spec, from the oul-boy and his lad (Kitten & James). Topsides are already balsered.
Longits and other structures next.
Should be pulling the moulding in a week or so, and comencing the fit out of the hull, in readyness for the deck.
Motors, 'ITS' transom assy's and XR drives all ordered. Tanks ordered, already have Greytronics comms, K-Planes etc.

Deck....
As I said previously, the deck is Nicks baby. We had differing opinions on styling and time was not on our side, so I will be doing another deck for my own 31 at a later date (I'm a bit old fashioned, and prefer the 'Function Dictates Form' look of the traditional 'Baker' Phantoms) So all in good time.
Here's the deck for Nicks boat (RB08 Challenger) final prep for the mould to be undertaken this week, mould layup....soon.
