Thanks nitro 9 for those vids. Was also at hurst with a friend .there really were some great boats and its great hearing them roar past whether it be portland or hurst.

Hope the race goes ahead .Ive haven't seen that race for years and now its on I cant see it cos Im not in the UK.Was at cowes last year and the year before though and both were cracking competitions.

places to watch the race
Basically the pub is above the imax cinema.. I think cfun might be right that the westcliff zig zag is higher but I dont think. it would be a problem to try the pub and the zig zag to find the best...
