My personal show favourite is the orange MTI 48 FOOT CAT with skull graphics and a pair of 1350 Mercs it does 177mph!!! wonder why it is my favourite
The only downside is the turbo charged engines sounded very flat... & uninspiring

Hi Kieron,
Sorry we can't remember the name at this moment.. but it may come back to us, it was 30ft long and single engined, "VERY NICELY BUILT" kind of styled on the Ferrari theme.

Is it not the new Phantom from Will Smith. I know he was doing a new deck for the 30 Speedster, and he likes a 30 single engine.
Though there's a logo on the side that 'looks' like it could say Velocity! a bit curvy/sexy for a Velocity!
>edit, cant be a Phantom, I don't think Will normally has the chine stepped.

It's the re-incarnation of the old 30' Adrenaline, which I think is possibly the nicest looking boat ever made, It's now built by Frisini Motorsport.

Hi All,
Great detective work Tony and i have to agree it is a very good looking boat and you can get it with a single 725 Ilmor so i reckon it should go pretty well..
Our hotel internet connection failed yesterday so we couldn't post but we are back online now,had another great day at the show, numerous manufacturers are showing a lot of interest in my fly-by-wire steering system which is very encouraging.. Spent some time on the Conrad stand where they had a production version of the 6.6ltr diesel engine by Gale Banks, a very nicely put together package with a claimed 550hp.
Also spotted a very nicely engineered variable height standoff bracket couldn't find a makers name and there was nobody on the stand to ask.
We are of down the keys tomorrow hopefully to catchup with the poker run guys
All The Best
peter & Carolyn

There's a standoff bracket like that over here on a ring now owned by Paul E, really is nice, and seems to take the abuse too!
That very shiny black cat, did I see right that the bottom of it is clear coated carbon fibre?? Very interested in the Conrad duo prop, and all of their products for that matter!

I've seen a couple over here, a pal has one on his 25 Chaudron.
They (did) suffer from the triangular plastic plates breaking on the side of the pivots, but seem well made and certainly do the job. Similar to the old Mercury Paralift.

They're certainly hefty bits of kit, we'll see how well made they are when I start giving it some stick! Have you got any idea who makes them or what they're called?
