Hi pash1, good luck, a superb hull, best rough water hull I've ever had.
Did come second in Atlantic City in 1989 after winning in Guernsey in 88 where we now live. please let me know how you get on.

All very confused just been reading over old posts, where I was under the impression Teckno 40 is a great guy named Gary who looked after perhaps both the Sabres on Roger Fletcher's ex boat now Martin's plus Debenhams and later the Buzzi 40' as he is a complete whiz kid on these monster diesel engines ... but err the above post says the man himself ... Roger Fletcher ... I'm am really confused

Spent most of Saturday travelling around picking up bits and bobs, first engine arrived and is in position (on Blocks) to allow for the correct measurement of the risers which are being custom made and to get the angle of the dangle for going through the transom at the correct level. Hopefully the other engine will be delivered and both fitted over the next few days. Spent today with Mark buffing the boat prior to the decals being applied on tuesday

Dash board had a dry fit today and we need to just make a few mods to the area within the dash to accommodate the trim indicator bits - quite please on how it has turned out.

The fuel tanks are all in place and its amazing how close the exhaust pipes come to them - the headers are about 1/2 inch away from the tanks

Front bolster seats should be being delivered tomorrow then we can get to work with the carpet and fitting the throttles.

All in all good progress

I see you've ditched the headers and gone with gil style cast ones - AFAIK, they top out at about 500hp, quite a bit shy of the 600+ you hoped for/need.

Yeh, I know, I had a look at them last week. As long as you adjust your expectations of power, it doesn't matter using cast.
