Alice i have not been there since tuesday due too my other work commitments.
Hopefully by end of play friday the engines will be ready to fire up, that said i will not be able to confirm untill monday.
I see no reason why it will not go at CTC as all the major parts are sorted now bar a few hoses.
However the drives do need running in for a few hours(10).
There is time enough for that, along with a shake down -- I have no idea if Martin is going to enter it in the race.

Regards
Budweiser

Well I for one hope he does.

Reading this thread, has proved how much time and effort has gone into getting D2S ready.

Why let a small amount of forum bullys and keyboard heros put him off???

Fair enough, the time schedule and work load was underestimated, let alone the potential cost. But for fecks sake, he has managed to revive a racing classic.

Well done to him and his team. Lets hope he does enter the CTC and even better, get a repectable finish.

I agree totally with the comments of above,a friendly banter is Ok but I think on this and other threads its all got a bit personal,I've only met Jon twice and Martin once and I have to say first impressions are a great pair of chaps allways willing to help and out to enjoy their boating-I've enjoyed watching the progress on the post please don't let the comments and back bitting get out of hand and spoil it for them and those that wish them well with D2S.I hope its up and running and I'm sure theres many on here that would appreciate an update on its progress and wish you well with it-Cheers Nic

Well I've never been on an Eastenders set, and I can only assume you've not looked over D2S in the flesh.
